T2K StormWatch (11am Apr 03, 2014): A newly-formed Tropical Depression (TD) tagged as 05W has been spotted over the Western Pacific, some 2,345 km ESE of Mindanao, PHL (1.8N 147.2E)...with max winds of 45 kph near the center. It was moving west @ 11 kph towards the Republic of Palau. This cyclone is forecast to strengthen and will enter PAR on Mon, Apr 07. Watch out for our SMS updates once it enters PAR.
